General conditions

The sending of the request sent using the order form or using telephone, implies your agreement with these general conditions of sale. Prices and other information is approximate, and may be modified without notice. 

Shipping

All shipments will be made as urgent 24 hours (Peninsula), 48 hours (Baleares), and Express shipping to Europe and South America (about 4-5 days). We can not guarantee these delivery times, while the company tried to transport the meeting whenever possible.

Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product, if no stock will be notified to customer. In order to include several items will be a single shipment and delivery time will correspond to the item for greater delivery time.

The customer will have 24 hours to verify the integrity of all components of the order and to check that includes everything you need in the products covered. After these 24 hours will be given by sending accepted and not accepted claims for damage or failure with shipment.

Returns

Nvsbl.es offers the possibility to return goods within 7 days, for whatever reason, starting from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer, and provided that the conditions contained in this page.

All products must be returned in its original packaging in perfect conditions and protected so it does not arrive with seals or tape transport. Otherwise Nvsbl.es reserves the right to refuse the return.

Returns must be delivered at destination within 7 days after the date of acceptance of the return. Otherwise it will be rejected and returned.

Upon receipt of the merchandise and verified that it is in perfect condition, will be processed refund if indicated.

Transportation expenses incurred in the return will be paid by the customer.

The bank transfer credits for returns will have a maximum of 30 days administrative procedures, although we do not take longer than 10 days.

Order Cancellation
